Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to offer our customers a fair and transparent service, in accordance with Google's guidelines and the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

Conditions for Refund

A refund will be considered in the following cases:

  • Product with a manufacturing defect.
  • Product delivered incorrectly, not matching the order.

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, as per Article 49 of the CDC, for purchases made outside of a physical store (such as online sales), with the right to a full refund.

After receiving the request, we will review the refund request within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card: The amount will be credited to the next statement or the following one, depending on the closing date and the card issuer's policy.
  • Bank slip or transfer: The refund will be made via bank deposit within 10 business days after approval of the refund request.

General Conditions

Golden Parfum reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases where:

  • The product shows signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
  • The refund request is made after the 7-day period from receiving the product, except in cases defined by law.

Compliance with Google Guidelines

All refund requests will be handled in accordance with Google’s policies for transactions made through associated platforms, such as Google Play or Google Shopping.
